Hi, I went there to get a family member a certain type of cigars. I was lost. Almost everyone there assisted me and went above their call of duty. The inside is so clean that it's like a den at your house. It smelled good. My family member called while I was there to help me and I had him on speaker, but when I said who he was, retired disabled veteran that wears a cap, they knew and were so helpful, gave him a bonus cigar plus points. This is real customer service. You can't get that at Cartier in Beverly Hills, CA.😊😊😊😊😊😊

Some of the staff at this store really have very bad attitudes and should never be allowed to work in a store like this! They don’t even know the products they sell and they get real shitty when they get what you wanted wrong, and start huffing and puffing and slamming stuff around!! They act like they are bothered by having to put their phones down and take care of a customer. Very unprofessional, disrespectful, rude, and deserve to be handled appropriately!!!

They had the stuff I needed at a good price, Joscef was awesome and the drive thru is very handy. Thanks again & I'll be back.

I thought they would have a whole selection of stuff because of how big the building is but when you go in it's very small with no variety selection at all and verypm pricey. The employees aren't very helpful nor communitive at all. They stay behind the glass and give you your items through a little box. Won't be going back. It was just a heat of the moment of needing a vape right than and there
