Absolutely wonderful shop and customer service! Made my trip to DC feel more homey!

The worst customer service thus far! Despite being a customer for many purchases my concerns were not addressed! I noticed that the price are not consistent after getting the same brand multiple times! One employee acknowledged that I was in fact overly charged and recommended I return when the female whom charged me was working. I did just that and was told it was correct yet a “discount” was applied! When I showed my history of payments she told me she couldn’t adjust but proceeded to push more products stating she would give me a discount! I asked for the owner contact. While I was observing the options she decided to stand over me. When I asked for space and told her I felt extremely uncomfortable she wouldn’t move. I told her the customer service was awful and I would make it my business to reach out to the owner. When I contacted him he too was inconsiderate and rude! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS HERE ESPECIALLY PPL OF COLOR!

Does delivery and is open late until 2am. Manula was there to help guide me through their vast selection of quality products. Great location and reasonable prices.

I’ve been to lot of tabacco stores but this one tops them all! The owner was very friendly, respectful and helpful! He made me and my friend feel very welcomed and helped us with any questions we had! I 100% recommend! Also , they have amazing prices!
