Awesome spot to eat outdoors and take in King Street. All their Cajun options were good for our group of 6. Orie was an excellent server. Probably the best Cajun experience you can get in Alexandria. Also live Jazz music starts upstairs every night at 9 if you want to check that out after dinner.

Great spot. Dinner on the main floor was great. Shrimp and Grits and Fried chicken were stellar! Move upstairs to the cigar bar for after dinner drinks, a cigar, and live music or watch the game.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but after giving this establishment every opportunity to make things right, I feel obligated to share my experience. My husband and I visited expecting a quality dining and cigar lounge experience. Unfortunately, we left disappointed from beginning to end. The cigar experience was underwhelming. The staff lacked basic knowledge about pairing cigars with drinks, and we weren’t even provided a torch or proper guidance. For a place that promotes itself as a cigar lounge, I expected much better. The food was equally disappointing. The gumbo tasted old and contained barely any seafood, just a couple of small shrimp and a few crawfish with overcooked rice. The wings also tasted as if they had been sitting for quite some time. The pork belly was so tough it was difficult to eat, the fries were under-seasoned, and the cold Parmesan sprinkled on top made them even less appetizing. What truly pushed this review to one star, however, was the customer service after our visit. We were automatically charged a 20% gratuity as a party of two without it being disclosed beforehand. When I contacted the restaurant, I spoke with a manager named Suzanne several times. She admitted we had been overcharged and acknowledged that the gratuity should not have been applied. She told me the issue was being investigated and that the General Manager would contact me. That never happened. After more than two weeks of repeated calls, promises of follow-up, and complete silence from management, it’s clear that customer concerns are only taken seriously until you leave the restaurant. Mistakes happen. What matters is how a business responds. Had someone simply followed through, communicated honestly, or shown any accountability, I likely wouldn’t be writing this review. I cannot recommend spending your money somewhere that values collecting it more than addressing legitimate customer concerns.
First time visiting this restaurant and it definitely won't be the last. Everything from the service when we first walked in to the food, drinks, and atmosphere was on point. They have indoor and outdoor (covered) seating. The restaurant has 3 levels. The main entrance level is where you have your meal. The lower level has a bar w a Dj and the upper level is their cigar room which has a bar and live music. You can make reservations for the restaurant but it's walk-ins only at the other levels. We went to the cigar bar after we had dinner. The live band was great!! Atmosphere was lively. They have a good air system as well, the cigar lounge didn't appear or smell terribly smokey. Definitely recommend this spot to all! We will be going back!
Cute Area, Underwhelming Food The ambiance was really nice, and the area itself was super cute—lots of little shops to explore, and they even blocked off the road for people to walk around. Unfortunately, the food was just okay at best and definitely overpriced. I wouldn’t recommend the mushroom burger—it tasted like something straight from the frozen section. Overall, I’d come back to the area for the vibe and maybe to this place for a drink but probably not to eat here again.
