I ordered from Mom's and my order came so fast! I told my roommate and now she orders from y'all too. 6 stars isn't enough. Can't get our brand hardly anywhere on this island. Now we have no more frustrations! Amazing service every time we need it! Thank you so much!

I paid nine dollars for priority shipping and it’s been 11 days now i’ve even after I read the reviews I figured I’d give it a chance. I’m pretty disappointed with the delivery. I understand it’s out of their hands after they drop it off, but if you pay for priority shipping.

I’m not sure why Mom’s has such low reviews on google. I ordered some tobacco on a Sunday and I got an email Monday saying a couple of the blends I wanted were out of stock. I agreed to the ones they had in stock and shipped me the tobaccos the same day. I was billed promptly, and my experience was overwhelmingly good! 4 stars only because some were out of stock but said they were in stock online.

We have been ordering from Mom's for a while now and it has gotten ridiculous on their shipping,,our order went from VA to Dallas TX witch is only a couple of miles from us then from Dallas Tx to New Jersey city then back to Texas through 3 different cities within a few miles of my address and then finally to the post office in Carrollton Tx where we live,,it has been weeks and no cigars have been delivered yet. I am going to start using Tobacco Stock I used them a couple of times and they delivered a lot faster,,Good Bye Mom's.

SAVE YOUR TIME!! I ordered from here a month ago I never got any email or call nor did any money come out so I got them from some else and now a month later they took the money out causing me to have over draft chargers cause I didn’t know it was going to come out cause it been a month. I tried to contact them and make things right and they kept feeding me excuses. Literally worst place to buy from!
