We called ahead of time because we were looking for a Lookah Seahorse Pro or Lookah Seahorse Pro 2.0, and the gentleman who answered was very friendly and knowledgeable! We went to the store and it had exactly what we had asked for/needed. The price point was lower than 5-6 other shops w/in a 10 mi radius. They also had a wide variety of brands and types of smoking devices/smoking accessories. Basically, everything was right on point here & we couldn't be happier! A friendly, helpful employee in a clean, well stocked smoke shop with very reasonable prices! We'll definitely be back as well as recommend the shop to all of our friends! Just a quick update, I just recently purchased another Lookah seahorse and as always, amazing best place to buy any of your vape,dabs or smoking accessories.

I had a terrible experience here. They sold me a product that doesn’t work properly and refused to give me a refund. On top of that, the cashier was extremely unprofessional—yelling at customers, swearing, and even telling me that because he earns minimum wage, I should just accept a defective product. He couldn’t answer my questions and was very disrespectful. Businesses that treat their customers this way don’t deserve support. Save yourself the frustration and take your money elsewhere.

Had a wonderful experience with the young man named Daniel. He helped me find the perfect vape and even let me try it before I left and nicely informed me that the store policy was trying before you leave as they can not return nor exchange once I left the story. I think that is an absolutely fair policy.

would give 0 if i could the products they buy are not legit. Bought 2 nectar collectors in a time span of 2 days and the price increased by 20$. The vapes burn out before the juice is empty plus they will sell broken items and not exchange it. i bought multiple torches of this location and they all break in the month of purchase and when i go back they say there is nothing they can do and try to sell you another one for the same price. i went and bought one of amazon from the same company and its been good for multiple months. Looks like you guys buy the product that dont make it through product test so you can get it for dirt. would not recomend this place at all

I bought a smok species mod kit from them. One of the atomizers wasn't working. I went back to talk to them about it and they told me that that's why they give you 2 in the Box is in case 1 doesn't work🖕. I spent over a $100 there and they couldn't make the purchase right by giving me a replacement atomizer for it. All of their staff that I've talked to over the 3 visits there had no idea what they were talking about gave me false information and would rather have me outta the shop then in there and shopping. I will never go back.
