Love this vape shop. Always very clean inside and the staff are extremely nice and helpful. Just switched over to refillable vapes, and they recommended the right products for me and walked me through how to use everything.

I normally stick to my go-to vape shop.. Until I randomly visited this location. I met the owner/manager Ben. He offered me a discount, and now this is the ONLY vape shop I go to!! 💯 The employees treat me like family. ❤️ They welcome me with a great attitude, they are knowledgeable about various products, are honest, and they even listen to me vent, about life. 🤣 They offer a free drink when I leave, and even candy for my kid. *Bonus* 🥰 As a loyal customer, for over a year now, I frequent this location 2-3 times/week. And every time I leave happy. I've spent a lot 💰, but they always hook me up. Or get it if they don't have it. Special shout out to the *Experts* Mr. Ben, Alex, and my girl Jill!!!! For always looking out and being over the top with customer service. I highly recommend this place!!! Check them out, and you won't want to go anywhere else. Trust me!! I'll wait 30 mins-24 hours (craving a vape I lost) to drive past other shops, just to make it here and not go anywhere else. 🥹🥰 They are top above the rest!!! You will love it!! Go check them out. ❤️❤️💯👍🏼

Never had a bad experience, I go out the way to come to lava vape. Quality products, knowledgeable employees. Love Jill! 10/10

Great staff! Helpful and super friendly! Variety of options for vapes

Courtney knew exactly what I came in here for and also went out of her way to show me other options. Her energy was kind and welcoming! I'll come here from now on, because I prefer to frequent places with awesome customer service. :)
