Unbelievable great customer service. I posted a negative review about one of the vapes I bought. It burnt out right away. Without me even complaining or contacting them, they contacted me. Said it was free in 3 different ways of my choice. Surprised me. I wasn't expecting to hear anything back. All businesses should do businesses like these guys. Super informative staff and always very welcoming. First time in went in they talked with me about what I liked and didn't like regarding flavors and my mod. Made suggestions that were perfect for me. This most recent time, they noticed I was a bit outdated on my coils and suggested a new one for me. And they remembered me from last time. Every time they make a suggestion for me, they're right on the money. And they're super military friendly. Which is a plus.
