It is my first time to visit cigar and vape store in America and thanks to kind owner, I was able to test the flavor and it really helped me make a best decision!! Normally this place is fine! But today I’m out almost $40 and all I have to show for it is mushroom gummies that make me sick. I specifically asked to NOT have a type of gummy- I hate the ones that are shaped rings. They smell horrifying, taste worse than they smell, and are impossible to chew. I literally have to cut them up and swallow them like pills because they are so bad. And I’m heavy set so I normally have to eat a lot to feel anything. I asked him to make sure they weren’t the rings and he sold me a bag. I open them in the car and it’s the damn rings. I know normally smoke shops won’t help you once you walk out the door but I’d told him these were my literal enemy. So I go back in and let him know but he “couldn’t” help me as expected. I get it but this was so disappointing because I really didn’t have an extra $40 laying around and I was treating myself and I just wish he had tried harder to recover the situation rather than just shrugging. He’s nice but I really wish that smoke shops would actually help their customers when something goes wrong rather than just shrugging. It’s on the workers to know their products and when the worker makes a mistake it shouldn’t be my fault. So, yeah, I guess I’ll never forget the brand again. Because apparently it’s on me to know what products are available here rather than being able to trust the employees.):
