I have edited this review due to poor quality of staff. Unless the owner is there, I am constantly overcharged and disregarded. When this happened last, I spoke with the owner who apologized and made it right. However, now it keeps happening. After the overcharge, I say something and the young man at the counter says “I don’t know what to tell you.”

I had an amazing experience at this smoke shop! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. The store was super clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide variety of high-quality products—everything from glass pieces to accessories and more.

Always make sure that you get a receipt and pay attention to the price. I recently started to notice that what I’ve been spending there doesn’t make sense and I have been getting overcharged. I will not be going there anymore due to this. It’s not all the employees that do this just one the guy with the glasses It sucks because I used to enjoy going.

Ronny at Tobacco Hut is the best! Every time I stop by, he’s friendly, welcoming, and always makes sure customers are taken care of. The shop is clean, well-organized, and stocked with a great variety of cigars, tobacco, wraps, and accessories. If you’re not sure what to get, Ronny is super helpful and knowledgeable with recommendations. You can tell he really cares about his customers and the community.
