Fairfax City Vape has hands down some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff is always welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely there to help. I for sure will be returning again for the best products!

Fairfax City Vape is hands down the best vape shop in the area! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed like family. The shop has a chill vibe, great selection, and competitive prices—but what really sets it apart is the service. Andrew and Ahmed go above and beyond for every customer. Whether you’re new to vaping or know exactly what you want, they take the time to help, answer questions, and make sure you walk out with exactly what you need. They never try to upsell—just honest, helpful advice and genuine conversation. They’ll remember your name, your flavor preferences, and always have good recommendations ready. It’s rare to find a place where you feel appreciated as a customer every single time.

Clean & great shop, great selection, and excellent customer service. One of the best vape shops around. Highly recommend
