My fiance and I buy vapes here every week amongst other products. He bought an off stamp coffee vape kit that completely stopped working within a couple days of purchase, went to the shop asking for a replacement ( not a refund not a new flavor ) and they refused. Now stuck with vape that is a 100% dud. Would not recommend shopping here. We will not be coming back to the point we will go spend more money on other vapes at stores that cost a bit more. So disappointed as these new businesses have no loyalty to their regular customers and only care about making money.

So many of these smoke shops have no clue how to make their customers happy. NOT THIS ONE!! Customer service is top notch & I will purposely shop here just bc I love the dudes that operate it so much & I want to do my part to keep them in business!! 🙌🫶 Thank you guys!! 💙

I love this store. Very nice workers, cheaper than any other vape shop, and they have a rewards program which is super nice. I've been told that if I didn't like a product I could bring it back or they have even let me try a product there before I buy it...I don't know any other store that will let you do that. Love them!

I went in there today about 1:45pm. I stood at the register for about 4 minutes. Nobody came from the backroom to wait on me. So I opened the front door so it would chime out again that the door had opened. Still nothing and Noone. So I yelled out is anybody here?? A man came running out the backroom. He said he was back there on floor praying. I told him you need to wait on your customers when they cone in door!! Not make them wait for you to pray!! I then told him what i needed and left. So I didn't notice till I got to work that he had give me the wrong bottle of stuff that I wanted! Im so pissed about this!!
