The employee was cold and dismissive. She spoke to me in a way that made me feel unwelcome, as if I didn't belong there despite being a paying customer. What matters most to me is my dignity, not the money. Her attitude came across as arrogant and impatient — it felt like she couldn’t wait for me to leave. Unfortunately, this has been my worst customer experience in the United States. I will not be returning to this store, even if it were the only one left.

Absolutely terrible experience. The manager was extremely rude, and the girl working there was cold and disrespectful the entire time. They charged me $35 for a vape that costs $15, and the worst part is the vape doesn’t even work. When I tried to ask for help, they acted like I was the problem and refused to take responsibility. I left the shop upset and honestly almost in tears because I lost my money to a place that clearly doesn’t care about its customers. This smoke shop is a complete scam — overpriced products, horrible customer service, and zero professionalism. Save your money and go somewhere honest. I’ll never return.
