they have a good service and they very good people they nice people 😊

Used to come here all the time, now I dont think ill be coming back. The staff used to be so friendly I even would see the owner often. Now the Dutches are stale & when I walked in today 6/5/26 at 12:40 because I was in the area the guy working was too busy on his phone to acknowledge me.

Honestly, THE only Vape Shop in Manassas that is legit. The employees are always helpful in choosing a prime product. They are always willing to make suggestions and lead you in the right direction in choosing quality products.

Don’t come here!! they sell fake vapes that will make you sick. I took pics of the lost Mary I got from there vs 2 real lost Mary’s I had. The charging cover is huge and the lightning bolt is in a different direction. The coloring is also off from what a real juicy peach lost Mary looks like. When I confronted them they told me they have a no return policy which is against the law because this is a fake product. The guy was also extremely rude when I tried talking to him about it. They obviously don’t care about their customers. They know they are selling fake vapes and they simply don’t care

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I made a purchase at Smoke N Vape about a year ago and had to take a store credit for a refund. Unfortunately, I moved out of the area shortly after and wasn’t able to come back until this October. When I finally stopped in, the previous employee hadn’t processed the refund correctly, which could have easily made things complicated. The owner went above and beyond to make things right. He had every right not to honor the credit based on how it was marked on the receipt, but instead he chose to take care of me with genuine professionalism and respect. As a fellow business owner, I truly appreciate the way he handled the situation. It is rare these days to find that level of integrity and customer service. I highly recommend giving Smoke N Vape your business because they stand behind what they do and treat people the right way.
