Super friendly, and lines move fast. Employees super friendly, let me test new products that come in so I can give them an honest opinion. Nay far beat vape shop in Norfolk with the best variety of everything.

Very good inventory and very friendly employees in my opinion one of the better smoke shops around

Mohammed was extremely helpful and nice! My first time here and I will be returning thank you so much for the great customer service

literally every time i come here, the chubby guy gets mad that you ask for a product but he makes sure that he’s the one that serves me so that he can say “no we don’t have it” without ever actually looking for it. everyone one serves me just fine or at least looks to confirm if they have it or not. like, i’m in here to spend money so I can’t imagine why he acts like that. and if I try to wait for another employee to help me instead, he tells them no and that he’ll be the one to help me. it’s literally happened 8 times now, too much to be a coincidence. it’s a shame i have to go first thing in the morning when i know he’s not in just to spend my money here. craziness. everyone else is great tbh, but this just gets to a point.

Very clean, very professional! Great price on the cigars I needed! Thank you!
