The cousin of the owner was working here when I first went here and he was super nice. Made me feel very welcome that night. I've tried to go back since at random times, and they've been closed. I've even tried calling to ask about whether or not they are open or closed; but, I got lots attitude and "15 to 20 minutes" we'll open - this was the first and last time I called. I really don't like when a place advertises that they are open 24/7 when they're really not. Close to nothing inside of this shop. Cosmetically, it looks awful inside, like an old restaurant half converted due to one's inability to commit to an idea fully. Lastly, I tried calling before leaving this review, but they're closed.

Metro vape is the best vape in the Richmond area, the fact that they close at 1 is a real mvp, most vape stores closes earlier than that! If you have any questions about any of their product, ask Sid, he was able to help me out!

Attentive, respectful staff, good selection of vape and smoking supplies. For a smoking piece, I'd recommend one of their large "tobacco" pipes. I've been harassed outside the store twice by denizens of the area, the store owners confronted them and had my back both times. Not gonna lie, it's in a rough area. But it's a great store ran by great people.

It claims to be open, but all of the gates are down. I walked all the way there for it to be closed.
