I went to MYA saray to get some crystals and OMG it’s the best store I have ever been to that sells crystals the chandeliers are chef’s kiss and I saw this mini vanity at the shop and I got it for my friend and she loved it so much. Perfect place for buying gifts for family and friends, totally recommend

Attention drivers : Great place for pickup. Staff is really friendly and respectful to drivers During wait time, they even offered me a pizza and drinks for lunch, which is rare and much appreciated on the road. Quick service and good attitude—definitely a driver-friendly location. ☺️👍

Very disappointing experience trying to order from Mya. Their customer service is not what it used to be. I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation, even though there was a pending charge on my account. When I reached out to customer service via email, I was rudely dismissed. Instead of addressing my issue, the representative, Amanda, suggested I "familiarize myself with how pending transactions work," treating me as if I were ignorant about banking processes. I know how pending charges work—I needed assistance understanding Mya’s own failed order protocols. I wasn’t asking for discounts —I was simply trying to place an order—but Amanda’s dismissive and condescending tone was completely unprofessional. This lack of respect and understanding of their own processes is a huge red flag. It’s not the first time Mya has let me down. My friend had the same issue, with Amanda confirming the sizes twice but still sending incorrect items that didn’t fit her hookah. Disappointing service all around

Have been smoking hookah for a few years and decided to get a hookah for a friends housewarming summer 2020. Note I wasn't familiar with hookah brands so I sent a friend to purchase it from a local DC store. He picked up the MYA brand and I spent a few hours on Youtube learning how to set up hookahs properly. Once I mastered that my MYA hookah was the life of any party that we hosted. Thick smoke and effortless pull. One of my friends was so impressed he asked me where I purchased it and I told well he can go directly to the distributors in Sterling which he did. Unfortunately I am sure from over use :-) my vase cracked in February (maybe from the cold and heat contractions) and I had to replace it. I contacted MYA and the customer service was excellent. My friend who went out to the store also told me how well they treated him and gave him an entire VIP presentation when he purchased his hookah. As for me I upgraded to a double hose hookah along with my new vase. Before I purchased they walked me through over the phone to ensure I was getting the right stem and vase combination. So far it smokes well as expected because I will expect nothing less from a MYA hookah.

I'm lucky to be able to visit MYA Saray whenever I have a chance to visit my sister in Virginia. The team at MYA has consistently gone above-and-beyond to provide great service and a great Hookah buying experience. I've ordered everything (with the exception of my 1st Hookah) from MYA and always been very happy. Wide selection, friendly staff, and they always try to stay ahead of the game - which I think they do with great success.
