All of the Tobacco Outlets in Williamsburg are great. However, I must point out the store on McLaws Road where the nicest woman named Karen works. She is terrific. As visitors, we stopped to just make a purchase but Karen was great in giving us tourist advice and was so friendly and knowledgable about everything. It was such a pleasure for us to visit. Being friendly and helpful and efficient is sometimes lost these days but Karen and her store remind us of the way customer service and cheerfulness and friendliness should be. She is THE best UPDATE-9/24 Once again in a trip south, we stopped by this establishment. Once again, we want to thank them and highly recommend them for the business they are in BUT more importantly, for the way they do their business...so customer friendly, efficient and just really nice people

As a regular customer of at least 5 years I’ve always gotten excellent service from sales person who is very knowledgeable, and takes the time to make sure your satisfied. Very welcoming and friendly and have gotten that treatment also at the 2 other Williamsburg stores.

I was pleasantly surprised when I enter into Williamsburg Tobacco Outlet, I just needed a place to grab a couple packs and a few cigars. The lady at the counter was so nice and helpful I asked about her cigar selection and she gave me some recommendations that completely changed my entire cigar taste. I will be back and I'm telling my Navy buddies about this hidden gem.

Recently sold me a 3 year old device that was boxed and taped but after full inspection clearly has been returned. Device does not work at all. I was on vacation so no way to return the product therefore I am just left ripped off. Very unhappy.
