Great customer service, high quality cigars, good prices, and comfortable seats. Came in from out of town and enjoyed my time being able to smoke in comfort.

Mark Castle made me feel right at home as an older lady in his business. It was fun to go inside. I pass Long Ridge Cigars all the time. The atmosphere was fun with people enjoying good times in the Walk-In-Humidor Room. I was there to get a lighter for a Whiskey Smoker & Mark led me to the perfect one. So excited to use it. I Love Nice People who are so welcoming to all customers. I will Definitely be going back.

They know their stuff and they sell lots of good quality cigars, last night they had a Gurkha night , the reps were there and was awesome

Came in on a suggestion from Jim. They did not disappoint! The selection is great. Really friendly staff helped me pick out some good cigars. I will definitely be back for some of the events and when my humidor gets low!

Good clean and comfortable. We'll kept and a good selection of sticks. Very friendly.
