I came in to get a vape, I tried it like I usually do before I leave and I told the guy it wasn’t a good vape. Asked him if I could get another one and he told me no, which I told him it didn’t taste right & his rebuttal was they’re good? Which is annoying because I always get this flavor. I also never seen him so he may be new but I wasted money atp.

I went In and bought a geek bar, the tobacco one. I tested It and It worked, I took It home and realized everytime I hit It the battery goes down. EVERY TIME! So I took It back and asked for another one in exchange and they said they couldn't do that because It worked. But It was obviously defective, I have bought plenty geek bars and never had that issue before today. The two girls behind the counter where nice and helpful, nothing bad to say about them but If that Is the store policy to not even exchange defective equipment then someone needs to reevaluate there business model! You should always want your customer leaving and feeling like the interaction and experience was a good one, not like they have been swindled out of there money and would rather go across the street even If It cost more(which I don't think It does) and pay more then spend one more dollar In that store. I have been going there for years and never had an issue Intill today. All I wanted was the same value for my money as everyone else, with that type of policy they are hurting there own business rather than helping. Especially when there Is 2 tobacco stores across the street. Guess I will be trying them out Intill something changes at this store. Smh.

Update 2/23/2026: showed up near 10:00am sign said open, doors locked no one inside. No sign on door saying be back in 10 minutes. Not cool, dropped a star. Update 10/15/2025. I have to address some of the negative reviews of late, but this store is a fine establishment. I see some victim mentality posts that cost a girl her job and thats not cool. She did a fine job servicing me and she was extremely pleasant and friendly. I have been coming here for years and never disappointed and never encountered any poor service. Finally fatigue with reviewers is setting in. "Racist" doesnt mean anything and this is a minority owned establishment and they dont know whether that minority is black or other. I visit this shop regularly, but tonight 10/13/2025 @ 18:40, I met the most stunningly beautiful and flirty young lady's working here that made me feel young again. I never walked out of a retail store so captivated, enchanted, and yet depressed. Ugh I am old and know the girl working the counter was just friendly but pheromones have triggering effects that's instinctive and primal. Needless to say this shop is a good store and the employees are always extremely pleasant. The prices are decent and the selection ia enormous. Sadly the girl doesnt work here anymore, i knew something was up when she hit on me lol

Day was a little off but met a super friendly CSR named Mary she makes the experience quick and easy top notch service!
