I had a great experience at King Smoke Palace! The store is clean, well-stocked, and has a huge selection of products at competitive prices. I’m really disappointed with this smoke shop and I feel like I was straight-up hit with a bait-and-switch. I went in looking to replace a Geek Bar and asked for something equivalent. They told me they didn’t have the Geek Bar, but sold me something “the same” for $30—claiming it was basically a replacement under a new name. They said it was a Geek Labs product, explaining that Geek Bar “bought the company,” it was the new branding, and it would work the same. It doesn’t. The product they sold me is different in a way that matters. According to what I found out, Geek Labs doesn’t use nicotine the same way—using a synthetic to get around FDA requirements—so it’s not truly comparable to a Geek Bar. And the performance is way off too. They claimed it would last much longer, but after only a few days of light use it’s already down to 80%, draining far faster than what I’m used to with a Geek Bar. On top of that, the whole “it’s the same thing” pitch was misleading. I didn’t just get an inferior substitute—I feel like I was intentionally sold something under false claims about what it is and how it works. Bottom line: I do not trust this shop after this experience. I’m pissed that I paid $30 thinking I was getting a real replacement, and instead I got a different product with worse results. I strongly recommend being very careful before buying from them.

Place was great they have pretty much everything you need. Clerk was helpful and forward. Definitely recommend.

This is my go-to smoke shop. In my observation the owner selects quality products, including hard to find brands of tobacco. Prices are fair and sometimes lower than other stores and the man who is usually there when I go in is friendly, knowledgeable, and hardworking. He even kept my earbuds for me when I accidentally set them on the counter and left. I had resigned to them being lost and next time I was in, about a week later, he had them waiting for me. Thank you again, Sir! To sum it up, this is the neighborhood small business experience I miss. So pop in to King Smoke Palace and give them some love. You won't regret it!
