They don’t just offer great prices that fit every budget, but they also have amazing promotions like buy one, get one free, and sometimes even buy one, get the third one free. One of the biggest reasons people love this store is the huge variety of products. They are always bringing in new items, especially the latest vape flavors, so there is always something new to try. They also have excellent prices on Kratom and are one of the best places for glass products and shisha accessories. In addition, they offer a wide selection of incense with many wonderful fragrances. The best part of the experience is the customer service. The staff is friendly, patient, and always willing to help you find the best deal. They never rush you and are happy to answer your questions while you take your time deciding. The store is always clean, organized, and smells great. Their business hours are also very convenient, especially for people who finish work late and still want time to shop. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for great prices, excellent service, and a wide selection of quality products.

I visited for the first time tonight ( 1/ 22/2026) at first I thought y’all was closed until I realized cashier had to open the door. That was fine. Came In & was looking around. I was the only customer in at the time. Didn’t get greeted & had to ask for the product I was looking for in particular. Unfortunately yall didn’t have it , Which was ok. Cashier didn’t even try to suggest any other alternatives or recommend other products I might be interested in trying. As a vaper I love to hear employees recommend best sellers or their personal favorites. I decided just to look around more. At this time another customer was walking in & asked cashier to get something. So I waited by the door until he was finished cashing said customer out. I figured since he saw me at the door he would press that button to open the door for me. I had to ask which is fine. I did say thank u but didn’t appreciate how he just kept walking away & not even acknowledging me as a customer. I got the impression that because I didn’t buy anything is the reason why the whole experience was just poor. Perhaps he was having a bad night. But I work in customer service as well. Customers want to feel welcomed regardless if something was purchased or not. But I did not. I felt as if my whole presence was not wanted. Again , I’m not trying to bash but maybe have the cashier be more open & show that he actually wants to be there & help the customers that would’ve been nice. Thank you
