Amazing customer service, they actually researched what the best ohms I should be using with my vape and the type of liquid that goes best with it. Out of all the vape shops I've been to I haven't seen someone actually put in research to better my experience. I will definitely be coming back to this shop, think it might be my new spot. I highly recommend this place! (They also had my favorite flavor that I haven't seen in forever and the prices are pretty good)

This woman was wonderful. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't catch her name 😕 on a Thursday in the am 😁

Total Vape & Smoke is my go to Vape Shop in Federal Way. I bought my vape pen here and after dropping it from 15+ ft at work and having it break. They had an identical pen to replace my broken pen. (I'm super happy about that!) The gal behind the counter is super friendly and helpful. I recommend this shop to anyone for their vape needs.
