Spent over $900 on my lunch break. R&R Weekend!! The employee was helpful and open to discounts or possibly a free silicon 4in1. Since they are cheaper than custom glass. Then his owner/"boss" shows up and refuses to compromise with a customer spending 100X the average customer. Needless to say I'll be spending another $1,000 the next smokeshop I pass. Maybe they'll go the extra mile and I'll spend at least that twice a month. Business must be 90% profit ten overhead. I enjoy the splurging on merch I haven't seen or heard of. CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will bring you more business from word of mouth. Ultimately making THE CUSTOMER feel like almost a week of work spent in 30 minutes. WORTH IT!

Highly recommend if you want to support a small business. Prices are equal or less than everywhere else.
