Experience was good to start out with. After buying two Pax Mini 2 vaporizers and getting home only to realize it wasn't pax mini 2 as I was told. It was the original pax mini. I called that evening and was told that I couldn't return it even though it was unused. Not cool. He will see this and say he made a clear distinction and I also was searching to try verify what I was buying. He told me Pax Mini 2 is what he had on the phone before I went to his store and then to the other Renton store (they only had one each). So now I'm out $260 plus tax and he knowingly sold me something that wasn't what I was looking for. Bad business. No matter his response he knows exactly what he did. Stay away from all K Smoke stores. I went to two and am beyond dissatisfied as a customer.

Friendly staff, clean store, I was greeted with kindness, I highly recommend this place. The prices are amazing compared to other shops, they have a variety of items. My experience was delightful today and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Good selection of products. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. They were recently robbed, thieves drove thru front window, destroyed display cases and stole a lot of inventory. Please support these community members if able.

Edited: They have started carrying premium products. The shop owner is friendly and amicable. Would reccomend at this time. Store doesn't open at 9 am as advertised...ever. The owner only buys cheap products rather than the manufacturers suggested pods-batteries. Expensive juice and pods. I waited from 9 am to 9:30 am for the Kent location to open. Updated to 5 stars.
