We are deeply saddened to share that Marco, a longtime customer of our shop, tragically passed away in a traffic accident on April 30. Our hearts are heavy with grief, and we extend our sincere condolences. May he rest in peace.

Great local smoke shop! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help without making you feel rushed. The shop is clean, well-organized, and has a great selection at reasonable prices. Every visit has been a positive experience. I definitely recommend Pasco Smoke Shop and will continue coming back.

Employees are always super nice and helpful, good prices as well!

Rude, terrible customer service, and staff who had no clue. I am never going back there.

Cheap glass and bad service. This is the second time I buy a bowl piece from them and both broke on their own both times and when I try’d to go explain that I didn’t wanna refund from them I just wanna know where they got the glass from so I can handle it with the maker the lady/manager gave me attitude and said she will not give me any information and there’s nothing they can do so I recommend not going their especially if you want good glass if nobody believe me I can show proof and it shows in the video my bowl piece was put together by two pieces of glass and no connected right it just fell apart clean you can see the line we’re they try’d making it stick together It doesn’t let me reply but I didn’t buy it 2-3 weeks ago it I went in the same week I bought it and explained as I walked in that I didn’t want a refund from you guys or have a problem with you guys I just wanted to know where the glass came from so I can talk to the company and make my complain to them but your employe just gave me attitude
