Ever since the new owner took over, the service has been great. The owner is always friendly and welcoming. The staff isn't always as friendly as the owner, but the overall experience is still excellent. The prices are great, the products are worth it, and I've become a regular customer. Highly recommended!👍

I waited at the register for about two minutes while the cashier finished “stocking products” on the shelves under the counter with his back turned to me. After watching what he was doing, it honestly seemed like he was just pretending to be busy. I greeted him first and asked what the difference was between two Vaporesso vapes. He responded rudely that he didn’t know. I then asked a similar question about the flavor of a vape juice, and his response was just as rude: “I don’t know. We don’t try all the flavors.” After I paid, I asked for my receipt. The cashier, an adult Asian man, handed it to me and mumbled something. It turned out he was asking me to sign the receipt, but he spoke so quietly and unclearly that I had already started to leave. Then he raised his voice and, in a rude tone that was almost shouting, told me to sign the receipt. Overall, the employees at this store seem to have no idea about the products they’re selling, and they’re extremely unfriendly. They also appear to have little to no concern for their customers) Will never come back.

You know usually great place and gets me right, but today the cashier wanted to argue that the puff he handed me wasn’t hitting itself burning out the coils so he replaced it and it does the same thing now I’m left with a burnt out brand new geek bar pulse wouldn’t let me flavor change or get anything cheaper he told me it was fine, I’ll never be back. Trust me I won’t be back at least with that worker working! To be specific on the shift worker I came by around 3pm Sunday
