Great customer service every time I visit. I get cartridges and juice here. I come in knowing what I want and they are always very attentive and helpful. If they don’t have the exact juice I’m looking for there’s always a close second. The employees are very knowledgeable and quick to greet me and get me taken care of

The customer service at this establishment is abhorrent. My husband went to get screens and was given the wrong ones so he went back to get the right ones. When he was showing the employee that he was given brass instead of stainless steel the employee walked in the back, grabbed a change jar and came back and put 50 cents on the counter and said “here so you can stop crying about it”. For any retail person to speak to a paying customer this way, just out of pocket, is absolutely ridiculous, especially when said customer had bought 10 packs (not just one) and was just trying to show them how the item they sold wasn’t the one needed. The manager at least tried to make it right and we ended up going down the road to Pandora’s box and getting what we needed.

Huge inventory. Lots of friendly associates to help you. Not overpriced. We really enjoy stopping in here and just looking at all the inventory.

I have been going to Smoke City for Less for years now, always having a great experience. This time however, was hands down the best visit. Jada was awesome, taking the time to listen to what our needs were and showing us options that she felt would work for us. I can't say how appreciated this was!
