Great Shop! Cloud 9 is hands down one of the best smoke shops around! Great selection, unbeatable prices, and the customer service is always friendly and welcoming. The staff actually takes the time to help you find what you're looking for. Definitely worth checking out-Cloud 9 never disappoints! Highly recommend!

Awesome service. Great prices. The guy was more then helpful. Won't buy a vape anywhere else. On top of the great prices. He also gave me a discount. Made me have more confidence to quit smoking...... At smoke City they sell the fogger for 30+ with the battery they sell it for $24 at cloud 9 or two refills for 40 and if you buy multiple of them he always seems to hook it up with the a better discount.

This smoke shop is hands down the best in town. The customer service is top-notch—super friendly and welcoming. They helped me find exactly what I needed and even gave recommendations based on my preferences. The selection is huge, from premium cigars and hookah supplies to vape juice and glass pieces. Prices are fair, and the atmosphere is chill. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Cloud 9. The atmosphere is welcoming, the store is clean and well-organized, and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Whether you're a seasoned smoker or just getting started, they’re more than happy to answer questions and help you find what you need. They carry a wide selection of products—everything from high-quality glassware and vapes to cigars, rolling papers, and unique accessories. Prices are reasonable, and they often have deals or new items in stock, which keeps things interesting. I also appreciated how they take time to explain products without being pushy.
