Customer service is TOP NOTCH. Every single employee in here friendly, approachable, and kind. I have not had a bad experience in any of my visits there. They are all super nice and never in a bad mood. Thank you all for being so awesome! I really appreciate it. 🙏 The products they have are good quality and a nice selection of kratom and vapes.

Tristan and Connor were amazing help! They had the juice I needed ready for me when I came in and were super friendly to my daughter also! Recommend smoke city to everyone ! The west Richland store always has the juice I need whenever the other locations might be out! There was no wait to be helped either!

These guys really came through for me tonight!! With an hour before closing the employees were very helpful and definitely did everything possible to get my Puffco to work. Long story short an exchange was made and I went home happy 😃 Definitely recommend this location 💯💯💯

Edit to give props to the staff as they have always been the friendliest and most helpful staff WARNING: MOLDY LOST MARY VAPES – HEALTH HAZARD I recently purchased two Lost Mary vapes from this store — both were moldy. The first one was exchanged, but when I returned with the second one, I was told there was “nothing they could do.” When I got home, I had my son take it apart — and it was clearly full of black mold. This is a serious health concern, not just a bad product. Inhaling from something contaminated with mold can cause respiratory issues, infections, and other health problems. Let’s be clear — the core issue here is black mold and the risk to customers’ health, not whether I’ve exchanged products before. I reached out to Lost Mary directly, and they told me to contact the supplier. But how am I, as a paying customer, supposed to know who your supplier is? Most reputable businesses handle those issues internally — they don’t expect customers to do the legwork. If you’re unwilling to stand behind the products you sell, then at least provide your supplier’s name and proof of purchase so I can “do your job” and contact them myself. Until this is addressed, I’d strongly advise others: Buy at your own risk.
