Stopped in and was treated to the best customer service I have had in a very LONG time, no matter the industry. Carol (the sales lady) was helpful in every way to my requests (no matter how small) and did it with a smile. She genuinely CARED that I was a happy and satisfied customer. It was a breath of fresh air. So happy to see that great customer service still exists in this world of grumpy / can’t be bothered workers, self checkout lanes, self order touch screens, and AI robot telephone systems. Thanks again Carol! I will be back :-)

The store is super clean with really helpful staff every time I go. My favorite staff is Steven and he really helps out a lot with which flavor I want and brand to go with. He's really knowledgeable with his stuff and I know every time I go in there I'm going to be coming out a happy customer when he's working

Carol at Vapor Lounge was amazing! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. She took the time to answer questions, gave great recommendations, and had such a welcoming attitude. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers and making sure they leave happy.
