Stopped by Vapor Lounge the other day! Courteney was so sweet as always and my go to girl for all the right vapes! She basically lives in my brain and her suggestions get me right every time!! I always look forward to going and she makes this place sparkle! You guys struck gold with this hire! Cant wait to see where she goes in the company. Thanks for always being a listening ear Court

Immaculate customer service. Gracie was so incredibly helpful and friendly. I had a slightly more complex issue I needed resolved and she was so great every step of the way. I’m so happy with my experience today.

Courtney has been so incredibly helpful every time I come into the store. She truly is knowledgeable and makes the customer experience very comfortable and welcoming! Always recommends and informs me about new products! Has even been very helpful with special orders!

Gracie has wonderful customer service qualities! Always friendly, always helpful, she is my favorite! I hope she's working every time I go in! You have an excellent employee. Thank you

Just a little bit about myself: I recently quit smoking cigarettes. Going on 4 months now. Decided to try vaping to help. So far, I haven't had the urge to smoke a cigarette. Yay! I am very picky about my flavors of disposable vapes. The Vapor lounge has been the only store I go to. I found a brand and flavor I like the most at this company. The only downside is that the manufacturer has stopped making the one I like. I've bought out every one of my vapes at every Spokane and Spokane valley location. The stores have all been super kind about holding the vapes for me to pick up. I really appreciate that! Thank you Vapor lounge employees 😁
