The female employee, Tiffany, was a lot of fun to talk with, even though she didn't vape herself she was still honest & knowledgeable on the products the shop carries. She took customer service to another level. Well informed, wasn't pushy, gave & accepted feedback and just an all out great person to interact with. She should be teaching a course on quality customer service. I chose a vape she recommended and was quite surprised by how good it was (seeing as she doesn't vape). Rosebud is a bit out of my way now but I'll make the extra drive if it means quality service.

If you like to be taken advantage of and talked down to like a dog then THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!! I bought 2 vapes Sunday evening, the one immediately was making noise after you hit it, the count was at 55 within less than 24 hours. I know the “rules”… but as someone who is in customer service myself I was hoping to get a little grace considering it was less than 24 hours. Tiffany was a peach 🍑, immediately cut me off and told me no sorry. I could try to talk to the owner the next day so when I asked for her name to reference her in the upcoming conversation she got shitty and defensive.. told me to leave and not come back. If their vapes are faulty I wonder what other shady shit is going on there… maybe we need a closer look?!👀 thank you for reminding me that people suck.. I hope you felt better after today! 🫶

Charged my friend $32.09 for a two pack of vuse pods, then his co worker had to give her money out of his pocket to fix the problem instead of business owner fixing the problem. Owner wanted to cuss her out for his own mistake , not very professional, don’t recommend, literally go to any other vape store, go here you'll get robbed and cussed out.

This is a big, clean store with a wide variety of name brand vapes. The associate is friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are awesome. The exact same disposable I buy in my own town is $25 but is just $17 here. That's a huge difference. I will definitely be returning and recommend others to stop in and check them out.

My mom went here 2 times . The first time we bought her a CBD pen as a gift. All the fluid leaked out the first day. She went back next day with receipt to return it / exchange it & they told her no . She bought another one & it did the exact same thing. They weren’t willing to fix the issue like most reliable smoke shops do. Wont go back.
