I don't live too far from the store but it's funny every time I go to buy a pack of cigarettes their door is locked the door is locked more often than it is unlocked it's crazy and completely unprofessional

The employees at smoke time sams on Milford st are ridiculously rude and the most unprofessional employees I've ever encountered in my life! There is one middle aged man that works day shift that isn't rude or disrespectful as the rest only because he just doesn't talk he just mumbles and keeps his head down. The rest of the staff really shouldn't be allowed to interact with customers..Everytime I've stopped there in the evening the employees are hangng out on the front porch smoking put and playing music loud like they were at a frat party not at work but the worst part is how disrespectfully they talk to the customers and how they act like it's such an inconvenience to have to put their party on hold to go inside and do their job

The staff is super friendly and cordial. I change bombed them with $8.50 in pennies(rolled of course, and not because I wanted to) and the girl couldn't have been any nicer. I'm going to make certain and tip her next visit!

I purchased an item at the Clarksburg Wv store last evening. The cashier didn't give me a receipt or ask me if I wanted one. When I got home the item didn't work. I tried for over 2 hours to get someone to answer the phone to discuss the problem. I was told to call the manager this morning. After several hours of nobody answering the phone I explained the situation. And told the woman I just wanted to exchange it for one that worked. She informed me that wasn't allowed. I will never shop there again. Very poor business relations. Now I'm stuck with a 10.00 item that's useless

Some employees can be a little curt, short and not exceptionally helpful or professional, prices aren't clearly marked on some things in the display cases, but cute n convenient little store. Prices aren't jacked up or anything, but parking is a potential inconvenience and the path to the register is rather slim.
