Super super friendly staff, they always help me look for a good product that fits my needs. So many cool glass pieces and unique items, definitely will be coming back

They only have a select few of pre-rolls and flower each that don’t taste like hay, and that aren’t riddled with Delta eight. Every smoke shop I’ve been to lately has had a much better selection, with no delta eight or infusions. Sure knuckleheads is a little More expensive, but at least I get high!

Perfectly content to sell defective and dangerous product and offer no solutions. They sold me a leaky vape, the manufacturer says to go to the store to have it swapped out for a different one, the store says that because the vape didn’t get opened and tested and begin to leak in their store, they won’t do anything. This is clearly an intentional way to sidestep accountability. A slow leak like this wouldn’t present under such circumstances, and it’s clear the shop staff understood this. I will be doing a chargeback on my card, and not returning. I had frequented Monona Vapor, and will be returning to them even tho they’re a little further out of the way. The customer service there can’t be beat.

i really wanted to like this place, gave them more chances than i probably should have, they sell cheap inport glass, dab tools that have acrylic coating, and wax that smells like carmex. i will not be returning

Always come in staff is friendly and nice super great place to chill if you need a second from the house
