The staff is very friendly & welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. Service was great! They were very attentive the whole time. Very good vibes - the music was great & it's really pretty in there. We had a pineapple hookah, which was delicious. Definitely will be back!

Very disappointing experience. We were charged for bottled waters that we never opened or touched, and when we questioned it, the charge was still left on our bill. On top of that, the business’s posted closing time online doesn’t match when they actually close, which is misleading if you’re planning your visit around their listed hours. Between the unexpected charges and the inaccurate business hours, the experience left a bad impression. I hope they become more transparent with their pricing and update their online information so other customers don’t have the same experience.

The staff was friendly and attentive, always checking in to make sure everything was perfect. The hookah flavors were smooth, long-lasting, and had a great variety to choose from. Music was at just the right level—not too loud, but enough to keep the energy up. Overall, it’s a perfect spot to hang out with friends, relax, and enjoy quality hookah. I was really disappointed with my experience at Arabian Nights Hookah Lounge. The customer service was extremely poor from start to finish. The employees spent most of their time sitting down on their phones instead of checking on customers. My charcoal had burned out, but no one came by to see if it needed to be changed. We had to keep trying to get someone’s attention because the staff never checked on our table. On top of that, my hookah head ended up getting burnt because no one was monitoring it or replacing the coals when they should have. A quick check-in from the staff could have easily prevented that. It felt like my party was completely ignored the entire time we were there. Good customer service means being attentive and making sure customers have what they need, but that wasn’t the experience we had. The lounge has potential, but the lack of attention from the staff made for a frustrating visit. I hope management addresses this because customers shouldn’t have to chase employees down just to receive basic service

Good vibes and they have the best hookahs and smoothies. Awatif and hameedo were amazing and very helpful. Overall great service and definitely worth it.
