Came to the store today thought this was still the little Amsterdam that used to be here found out quickly. It was not purchased a couple of things and realized as I went to my truck that it was not the right milligram so I came in and asked if I could switch them not knowing about their no refund or exchange policy, which is BS. The guy was not helpful at all if this was still a little Amsterdam, they would’ve switched it out for me no problem that’s the difference between good people and scammers. Stay away from this smoke shop as they will rip you off

Employee Azooz is the real deal. Had to stop in late at night when everyone else was closed, and Azooz was a huge help. Great attitude, amazing customer service, and made me want to come back as a regular. Keep Azooz around!

Never purchase an open box!!!! Unless you check the user guide and make sure all parts are there and the item works! Do not assume the person behind knows what is going on in the shop with others take from Peter to give to Paul this leaving an open box that is missing parts and does not charge or even turn on. All in all the employee did his duty and confirmed that my issue was true and replaced the non working item "except" in turn had to accept a different color my time and gas is $4 a gallon and I spent $70+. I will check everything before I leave the shop and I will no longer purchase the "display model" when I shop.
