I’ve been coming here for a while now and genuinely have never had a single issue. The guys working are always incredibly nice, respectful, and welcoming every time I walk in. They create such a comfortable, laid-back atmosphere and always make sure I’m helped right away. You can tell they care about their customers and treat people with kindness, which honestly keeps me coming back. Great service, great vibe, and one of the few shops where I consistently feel comfortable and appreciated as a customer.

Sold me a nail/banger for a dabbing concentrates and it was made of glass. Didnt even last a day before being shattered all over my desk and carpet due to heating up from the torch. Nails/bangers are made from quartz to prevent the thermal shock. Offered me 15% off my next purchase of a quartz banger after i called them to ask if it was glass or quartz as i obviously had suspicions. Shady business practice to sell known items that are essentially defective from the start and can cause physical harm to those using them.

If I could take back the 1star I would. Nothing to do with the product but the service. This store wants the same profits but will service customers differently based off of their complexion. It's not coincidental. I am very observant. I was looked over repeatedly the 1st visit and didn't get the same hospitality as others. I gave this business another chance assuming maybe they had a bad day. Same treatment so I simply decided to never return. I am only posting this 3 years after my last visit because my roommate just shared the same experience. They will continue this trend of rudeness to others due to the majority of their clientele being a preferred demographic so I don't expect change. I do expect people of light to read this and not support these horrible hearted people.
