Today you lost me as a loyal customer since you’ve opened. You’ve been reliable and friendly and I felt good service when I was buying. But today I came back for legitimate return/exchange for a piece, which I put water into (nothing else!), and was questioned about my honesty. Well this made me go try another shop. Without me asking, they listened to my needs and gave me an option for the lower price, which would have been $10 retail for you (so probably $1-2 deal cost). My feeling…you’ve become arrogant and comfortable as a business, and time will show that, if you don’t change.
