I like the fact that it's near by. And they're always super friendly I to anyone that goes in, regardless of they're impressive sales. That's why its 2 starts instead of 1. The missing stars is due to the fact that whenever I go at night and think I'm going to make it before they close, I don't. Not because it's 10:00 or after. That would be understandable. But 10, 15 and one time almost 30 minutes before hand the doors locked. Every time, without fail, if I'm not there before 9:00 NOPE! I think the sign of hours of operation should be a fact and not a potential possibility. 9-9:30 should be what's posted. I think there is a law about that somewhere.

Workers can be judge and some items are way overpriced but generally they're helpful and sometimes even willing to put special orders in for you if you wait a few days. Today I went in to ask about such an item they'd said they could get for me a few days ago and asked the name of the worker and I tried to describe her because I don't know her name. I was stuttering and anxious because I am like that most of the time. A worker I have never seen before told me I was doing too much and that I needed to chill because it made him not want to help me. All that accomplished was giving me a panic attack and I ended up leaving because it was clear he wasn't listening. I wasn't being rude or impatient I'm just high strung. I could have gotten it on Amazon and would have it by now but I wanted to support my local business. You shouldn't be in customer service if dealing with a polite person with a disability makes you not want to help and you definitely shouldn't employ people in those positions who make people feel stressed and unwelcome.

The older man that work during the day is unbearable. He is extremely rude and was trying to charge me more than the prices they have listed. When I asked him why he’s charging me extra, he started raising his voice and got very rude and start mumbling words in his language. Do yourself a favor, NEVER COME HERE.

The customer service is good, other than that shop is very small not many models to choose from. They do have a large amount of rolling papers and blunts but still limited compared to other shops. I can say that the prices are not bad but I've seen other head shops like paramount imports that are way better

Cheapest quality glass at average to high prices. The bong purchased at this shop snapped in half when it was set on a table after being filled with cold water. I had it for less than 3 days. It cut my hand up in two fingers, which bled profusely. The shop said it's not their problem and offered me a $10 discount.
