Not open now and it's after 8:30 AM. They opened a little late. That's okay. However, the male worker was about as inviting as Covid! He wasn't just impolite and unwelcoming. His customer service was atrocious as was the meager and overpriced cigar selection. I travel across the nation and I will NEVER recommend this establishment.

PERFECT LOCATION. It's a must visit when you're downtown in San Jose. Premium cigars, exclusive flavor swishers it's Everything you want in a smoke shop ....and if it's not there, let the owner know. They will definitely get it on the shelves. IYKYK.

I've been a customer here for 6+ years. The guys working are easy to ask questions about products and the owner is great he seems to see me and warmly greets me and helps me with what I'm looking for.
