When buying a torch a this smoke shop I was never told that I could not get a money back return on a torch that I payed $25.00 for which is a high price for a torch let alone it not working properly. My hard earned money went to waste at this smoke shop being that I came back The next day only to be told I couldn’t get my money back or a exchange it and to me that’s bad business cause I feel these people got over and ripped me off for a defective product they sell which probably goes the same for any other thing they sell you without any proper return policy like any other store wouldn’t do so at them scammers!

Definitely my new go to smoke shop! Youseff is super friendly! Most smoke shops tend to hover which makes you feel rushed, but he let us look around and when we were ready he was there to answer any questions. He is knowledgeable, the selection is awesome! Prices are fair. They are also open late! Location is easy to find. I highly recommend coming here! I stay by oak ridge and I am more than willing to take the 13 min drive there whenever I need something! 10 stars.
