This place is a rip off... Don't buy anything from this place.... I bought a wax pen from there and it didn't work so I took it back and he gave me a new one but once I got home it wouldn't charge or turn on so I went to back to tell him and he started to yell at me and say it was my fault but it wasn't and now he wants me to buy another one and I told him hell no and walked out.. just watch out for them cuz they will rip you off

So i have like 3 smoke shops closer to me but wanted to try this one out! They had a lot of products and decent prices but the employee who was working there that day I believe her name was Lily and she was what made it a great experience! She was very attentive and did a really good job and i think she was pretty new there and if she did not have an answer she immediately called her boss to get the answer! great people skills and funny but serious at the same time! i never write reviews but This one deserved it because it was best customer service i have ever had and now will be taking my business there because of her great work and great store as well! Thank you for making my day Lily!! 😎👍💪🤣🙏🏻

Prices are high, and the guy inside was not to helpful, just stayed on the phone, and pointed at the wrong products. 👎

I’m not one to make bad reviews but this one got me good! Literally the worst place ever!! Open your product before purchasing! I bought a SMOK NOVO 3 Kit and when I got home to set it up my box was empty. Supper rude when I called them to tell them what had happened the guy hung up on me and wouldn’t answer my phone calls again! So unprofessional!!
