This is the third time I have asked this place to order something. Nothing extraordinary, just basic things like a bubble for my Zeus Max tank or coils. They told me over a month ago it was ordered, but now they're telling me it wasn't. They are also very unknowledgeable about their own products. I asked multiple questions about different juices to try to find a flavor profile that I like. I was told that certain ones would fit the profile I was looking for, but they tasted nothing like what I wanted. That was a waste of $50. My normal vape store closed down, and I was trying to make this my new location. I think what really put the icing on the cake is when I just called to see if they ordered my tank a month ago and was told it wasn't ordered today. I expressed my frustrations and was advised to shop somewhere else if I don't like it. If this is how a they treat a customer, I recommend going somewhere else. I spend $300 a month on buying juice, coils, tank replacements, mods, etc. That may not be a lot to some people, but it is to me. And if I'm going to spend that kind of money in some place, I would like to at least feel like my business is appreciated. I will say on the plus side staff is usually extremely friendly but friendly isn't all that is needed for customer service

Not knowledgeable, sells you things without all the components. Doesnt carry coils to vapes they sell. A waste of money and time im tired of going g somewhere where they just dont know or when they think they are wrong, costing me mo ey and crap I cant use

The owner and employees are truly amazing and will listen to you on what you are looking for and flavors you like. By far the only vape shop I will go to! As well the prices are amazing.

Ohana Vapors has a excellent selection of products and was very knowledgeable in helping me choose the best product for my needs. Relaxed atmosphere and very friendly people.

Super nice place. Like walking out on to the beach for a quick vape. The owner is super friendly and very nice. On my first visit I mentioned a type of juice I like, I came back today 3 days later and she had ordered it. You can definitely feel the genuineness of this shop. I won't be going anywhere else for a while.
