I was disappointed with my experience at Opulent Smoke Shop. The customer service wasn't very welcoming, and I felt like my business wasn't appreciated. The prices were higher than other smoke shops in the area, and the selection wasn't as good as I expected. The staff didn't seem very knowledgeable or interested in answering questions. Based on my own experience, I also have concerns about how employees are treated and compensated. Overall, there are better options if you're looking for good service, fair prices, and a better shopping experience.
