The guy in there was so rude he wouldn't let me use my military ID from my husband saying that it was policy but it was policy to ID me and you fail to ID me for a vape and that's illegal so maybe I should just call bars on them and report them

The customer service was so bad, i waited for over 5 minutes before I decided to leave.

Worst customer service. They are not helpful and when ever they do help you they have the worst attitude. Don't spend your money here.

First off let me start by saying that I highly do not recommend this spot to anyone, worst customer service possible, you'll be wasting your time at this shop. Secondly by law you're supposed to ID people because you can never just assume someone's age, so the fact that I didn't get asked for an ID shows some red flags about this shop. Thirdly the products aren't good at all, terrible quality 0/10. There is definitely way better shops to go to over this one.

Inattentive customer service lack of quality products, and not to mention they don't ID people what's up with that?more than half the products they sold was expired and they spilt and crumble
