Original: Great customer service but honestly I bought a Pastel Esco Bar Grape Vape today and it cost me $14, which isn't bad, but the fact is that it is literally burnt. I've puffed probably 40-43 times out of its 2500 and it doesn't get better or anything. I would like a replacement if I'm able to stop in because this is kinda wack if you ask me. The star rating will go up if he is able to do that if not it stays at 3.

Karen is a downright pleasant human being to work with. I was misguided, and she helped me end up where I needed to be. More places need people like her.
