I love this shop!! This is my shop near my home I’ve known the owner since it opened and they have been nothing but excellent with the service and selection.

This is a great smoke shop. The employees that work here are what really makes this place stand out. Shout out to Joanna: She is always smiling and willing to offer any assistance finding a new flavor of vape. If I have a question about a flavor and she isn't sure, she will look it up on the computer. Her customer service does not go unnoticed and is appreciated!

This is the best shop in the Apopka,Ocoee,Maitland area. The prices are lower and buying a few can save you even more because of their bundle pricing. I’ve never had a vape dry up quick or a battery fail. Boss-Man has your back. You can even buy Bitcoin here. Please go check them out!!

Great shop. Been going here for years. Always very clean, staff is always friendly and helpful. Huge selection of quality items and they do a really good job of keeping vape products in stock. If there is something you buy regularly (such as a specificvape juice), they are willing to increase their stock. If something is out of stock, they are willing to bring some over from another location and will have it when they say they will. There is a reason so many other smoke shops have come and gone in the area while Tobacco City keeps going strong. They know how to keep their customers happy and keep their prices competitive.

Tobacco City has the best prices, products and customer service around! I was in a bind, my battery had died and the store was closing soon. I got there just as MJ was closing up shop but he let me in and recommended a wonderful battery. The store is very clean and organized, their cartridges are excellent quality with legit COA's and their D8 flower products and edibles are excellent quality. I shop here every few weeks and the customer service is truly 5 star across the board, MJ you rock! Thank you for all you do!
