Man i flew into Orlando to market our real estate finance business and i stopped in and was met with beyond exceptional service. ALI was very accommodating . The prices were so reasonable i thought there was a mistake on the bill. If you are in Orlando i highly Recommend this place. Wyche Capital appreciate the hospitality and quality of service!!!!

Layalina is hands down one of the best hookah lounges I’ve been to. The whole experience is always amazing, but Ali and Jessica are truly on another level. They are incredible in every way possible. Their customer service, energy, professionalism, and how they make people feel welcome is honestly rare. Every time I come in, they go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. They are attentive, respectful, friendly, and they genuinely care about giving you a great experience. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows. They make the whole place feel comfortable, fun, and welcoming. Ali and Jessica are a huge reason why Layalina stands out. Good service is one thing, but making people want to keep coming back is another, and they do that effortlessly. If you’re thinking about coming here, do it. Amazing atmosphere, amazing service, and amazing people. Highly recommend Layalina. Ali and Jessica are the absolute best.

Im a hookah afficinado for over 10+ years. Make my own, have accessories and everything. Would love to work in, have my own spot, and make it a career one day in my future. This place is AMAZING! The decor is extremely nice and comfortable, a whole down to earth vibe. The hookah is perfect. Its not weak or anything. Perfect clouds! I reccomend the Abes Faves Double Apple. Really brings out the flavors and gives a very nice relaxed feeling. The music is on point, perfect for a chill session. Will definitely spread the word about this place as the best hookah in the city, and Ive been to pretty much all. If I may give a compliment, the waitresses who served the hookah were absolutely stunning, and so kind! Customer service is a perfect 10!! Will def be a returning customer.

We ordered a hookah and a few drinks. The strawberry daiquiri had no ice. It was completely liquid. Then, while we were smoking the hookah, the entire table collapsed on its own, spilling all of our drinks and the hookah. This was not our fault, and one of us even got hurt when the hot coals fell and hit them. They didn’t apologize, didn’t check if we were okay, nothing. Instead, they just handed us the bill right after it happened. No discount, no refills, and no concern for our safety. They still made us pay full price. I will not be coming here again.

Layalina Hookah Lounge has recently been updated, and it looks amazing! The atmosphere is even better, the hookah is smooth, and the service is great. Perfect spot to relax and enjoy a night out. Highly recommend!
