I came in today to get some info on the Kratom tablets. I usually just buy the pre-filled capsules when I need it, but those capsules are big, and sometimes they break in my mouth. To me, the taste of Kratom is nasty to the point that I gag or throw up. So when I went to this smoke shop and told the worker what I was looking for, he showed me the options. This guy was great; he showed me about 7 or 8 different options. The prices were between $25 and $45. I was about to settle on a $25 option, and he told me I should give Stax a try, but it cost $45! He said it's the best one. So I said fine. Let me tell you something... that dude knows his stuff. Wow! It's freaking awesome! It took about 10 minutes to kick in. I took it 2 hours ago, and I feel like I took it 10 minutes ago. The $45 is high, but you get 5 tablets and your paying for quality not quantity. I will never do the capsules again..

I’ve been a regular customer at this smoke shop for about a year and a half, but after what happened Friday night 3/20/26, I won’t be returning. I purchased a car charger that was labeled fast charger. When I tested it in my car, it technically powered my phone, but it was charging at a very slow rate and even showed an error message. My Samsung phone normally fast charges in about 1.5–2 hours, but with this charger it showed a 7-hour charge time. I went back inside immediately and asked to exchange it. I even tried a second charger from the same shelf and had the exact same issue. The employee tested it in his own car and kept insisting it “worked” just because it powered on, ignoring the fact that it was not fast charging as advertised. When I politely asked to exchange it for something else, I was told there were no refunds or exchanges. When I asked for the owner’s name or a way to contact him, the employee refused to give his name, falsely claimed he was the owner, and then told me I was “nobody.” He even threatened to call the police over a simple $10 exchange request. What made this worse was the level of disrespect. Talking down to customers and hiding behind a counter while on the clock is unprofessional. I doubt he would have spoken to someone that way outside of work, but because he was at his job, he felt comfortable being rude and dismissive. I’ve spent money here regularly and never had issues before, which makes this experience even more disappointing. A business should stand behind the products it sells and treat customers with basic respect. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I have interacted with the owner and the supervisor, both have been great. But the employee who works the friday nights 1130pm+ is a burden on them. I will be going elsewhere from now on.
