BUYERS BEWARE Store selection is very disappointing, and of the little products available, it’s rarely good quality. You especially want to avoid this shop if you are a true connoisseur, since the staff has limited knowledge. If you want to know anything about the products or what is in them when you ask for specifications. They basically know the name and price. I had to stop going here after too many faulty devices. I recently became a regular at Cloud 9 by the ingles in canton, and their employees know their stuff. Avoid this place if you prefer quality.

Almost every time I’ve been in, Emily has been the one helping me find exactly what I’m looking for. She has a knack for picking the right products and does it with a consistently positive, professional attitude. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!! Staff does not know anything about products. I showed the guy the vape i had and said i needed coils and he assured me the ones he gave me would work and of course when i went to change it they did not fit. I took it back to the store. Explain the situation after making multiple calls. They said they could give me a 20% off a new pack of coils. I felt this was not sufficient the people working. There should be more aware of the products. Make sure that they know what they’re talking about when I questioned it and was assured that they would fit. Also, last summer I. Vaporesso And the second time I went to use it it quit working it would turn on, but it did not work. I questioned them about that. They offered to do absolutely nothing. I do not recommend this place at all. If you go right down the street to the Walmart shopping center and tell them the prices you’re paying they will beat it. The vape store next to Kroger in Holly Springs will do the same thing. So if you go, Shop # be very aware that you may be getting the wrong items and things do not work as they should if they’re not going to make it right. These people really need to learn a customer service.

Terrible customer service. I bought Camo wraps and the pack was so old I could not open the it. I had to rip it to shreds and I brought them back in instantly I had not left the parking lot. The wraps were very dry and crusty . I came back in and asked could I swap them out and was told no and also no on the refund.. I asked for a product specifically by name and I was told they were all out when the item was on the shelf the whole time I had to point it out so I could buy what I came for.. also I wanted to enter my phone number for the rewards program and the cashier could’ve card less and didn’t want to take the time to enter my phone number complaining saying to me I would only get 20 cents .. it doesn’t matter I want all my rewards points. My sister shops here all the time and she said she is going to bring this to your attention again. You may have lost a customer
